Rule #511:  It is never okay to sneak up on your brother while he is changing and pinch his scrotum. Never ever.

    MUST be a house full of boys! ONLY boys would do that. Being we have an only child and it’s a girl…. I just can’t see this rule applying at my house! LOL!
