He tried to take his shirt off but it got stuck, & he wouldn’t let me help him. . . it’s actually more clothes than he usually has on.

Frosting, on the other hand, is always a finger food.
When you’re a toddler, any food that’s thicker than milk, is a finger food 😉
My daughter resembles that rule.
